Home Property Styling is an experienced team of property stylists and interior designers, operating from Somersby and West Gosford, on the NSW Central Coast.
We service house styling clients and real estate agents on the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney, though we travel further as required.
Our property staging business is well stocked with a diverse range of beautiful furniture styles to accommodate the broad requirements of the Real Estate industry. One day styling a luxury penthouse in Port Stephens to the next day, staging a period semi in inner Sydney, then a beautiful country acreage in Peats Ridge or the Hunter Valley, our house stylists will facilitate and have the property styling project completed with maximum impact.
Home Property Styling engages local property stylists directly and does not use contractors. We feel it ensures our home stylists' visions are delivered consistently across all our projects.

As the growth continues, we will engage house stylists as required and diversify into a more holistic approach to property sale preparation, delivering and managing all pre-sale requirements of the property. From painting to landscaping, kitchens and bathrooms, Home Property Styling ensures a Sale Ready Property.

Home Property Styling use local suppliers for our day-to-day business needs, such as logistics, advertising, marketing, and homewares, as we see the value in supporting local Central Coast operators, where possible.
Home Property Styling has now taken delivery of our exclusive range of French Provincial and Hampton-inspired furniture and homewares. We have sourced our exclusive fabrics, furniture and homewares through a French company, which has provided exceptional quality manufacturing and finishes for our exclusive use in Australia.
We find this has allowed Home Property Styling to deliver more unique and captivating projects, not limited to local suppliers, yet also catering to the trends and seasonality demanded by the Australian Real Estate sector.

My husband Andrew and I live in Bateau Bay with our two children and enjoy the Central Coast's lifestyle and beautiful surroundings. We both have entrepreneurial backgrounds, having built and sold several successful businesses over the past decade. However, the desire to continue designing and being involved in Real Estate has never strayed far from my heart.
