Home Property Styling has recently staged some beautiful local properties, from Nelson Bay to Blackwall and everywhere in-between. Featured today are a lovely cottage in Wamberal, a beautiful family home, on a large block in Narara and a new record sale in Morisset Park.
Wamberal
Our Wamberal property is a picturesque, charming cottage on a nice sized block, complete with rear covered alfresco area, lovely front and rear yards, polished floors and a cute white picket fence. The home was staged with a beach chic theme, with a dash of bohemian flavour to bring the project together.
The property was on the market for less than a fortnight.
Narara
This beautiful home has exceptional bones, well proportioned rooms and lovely natural light flowing from all aspects. Home Property Styling staged this home using natural tones and coastal contemporary themes, whilst ensuring continuity and flow between the zones. All very important aspects when appealing to potential purchasers and maximising buyer participation.
Teal and navy blue enhanced the master bedroom with a refreshing and luxurious atmosphere.
Morisset Park
Setting a record for homes in the area, this immaculate 5 bedroom brick home on 2000sqm, was a pleasure to stage for Home Property Styling. With a distinctly "country" feel to the property, we filled in the gaps with a range of homewares and furniture to accent the properties assets. A glowing review from our vendor, was the icing on the cake for us.
